Outpatient clinic in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative primary care team serving a diverse patient population.Position Overview This full-time outpatient role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on preventative medicine and continuity of care. The physician will collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, specialists, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
