Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the luxury retail industry, proven ability to drive positive customer experiences, proficiency with Microsoft Office software, industry awareness, strong business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills, passion for the Beauty and Fragrance industry, and flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
