Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across high school, middle school, or elementary levels in an engaging summer program setting. Available positions begin June 15, 2026, and continue through June 25, 2026, with opportunities to assist in various sites based on student needs. Enjoy consistent weekday hours (Monday through Thursday, 8:55am – 12:25pm), offering an ideal schedule for those seeking rewarding enrichment work in education while keeping afternoons and Fridays free.

To qualify, candidates must demonstrate that they are highly qualified via one of the following:

• Successful completion of the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (provide passing results)
• At least 60 completed college credits (submit official transcripts; diplomas are not accepted)

Roles and responsibilities in this position include:

• Supporting classroom teachers with enrichment activities and individualized instruction
• Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to encourage engagement and learning
• Assisting with daily classroom management and providing additional support to students with diverse needs
• Collaborating with educational staff to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintaining accurate student documentation as required by the program
