Snelling Staffing is hiring a Staffing Specialist for our West Allis office. This is a hands-on role inside a fast-paced staffing agency that supports local companies with recruiting, onboarding, and employee coordination.
This is not a remote position. You will work directly with applicants, employees, and business clients every day. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with many different personalities.
You will play a key role in making sure employees get to work and our clients stay fully staffed.
