Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc., a network of high-performing public charter schools in New York City, is seeking a School Year 26-27 High School Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning team. In this role, you will design and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that prepares scholars for college success and lives of meaningful choice. As a member of an innovative, results-driven community, you will implement evidence-based teaching practices, use data to drive instructional decisions, and cultivate a classroom culture of high expectations, joy, and respect. You will plan and facilitate daily lessons in your subject area, differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs, and integrate technology and digital learning tools to deepen understanding and engagement. You will regularly assess student mastery through formative and summative assessments, analyze those results, and adjust your instruction to ensure students make strong academic growth. Collaboration is central to this position: you will participate in weekly content and grade-team meetings, co-plan units and assessments, and contribute to a shared vision of excellence across the high school. You will communicate frequently and thoughtfully with families, providing updates on academic progress, behavior, and long-term goals, while partnering with them to support students’ success. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to the broader school community by supporting school events, participating in professional learning communities, and modeling the core values of Success Academy.
