Role Summary:


NurseAmerica is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, WA. This opportunity allows you to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in a supportive environment while working with one of the top regional medical centers in Washington State.

What You'll Do:

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in General Medicine (MedSurg Psych).
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and patients' families to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards.
• Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and patient advocacy.

What We Need from You:

• Active Washington RN License (or Compact state license)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
