This entry-level position is designed to introduce you to the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our business running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, office support, and site-based activities while exploring where you might grow within our team. No experience is necessary-we provide full training and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations, including document filing, data entry, and material tracking.
• Support scheduling, inventory updates, and internal job documentation.
• Help organize project files, intake forms, and shared digital folders.
• Perform light office maintenance and supply rebalancing to keep the workspace efficient.
• Conduct site checks to help ensure projects are on track.
• Help document project progress through photos, measurements, and notes under guidance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we'll train you on everything you need to know.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and applications (Google Workspace is a plus).
• A positive attitude and good communication skills.
