Make Up Artist

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (In-Person)
Employment Type: Contract, Full time.
Schedule : Freelance (Depends on project), Full time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
Compensation based on experience.

team for the role of Make Up Artist

2.7 August Apparel is an American fast-fashion clothing company that offers B2B

services, we offer multi-brands like Endless rose, English factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers, which helps our business succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional makeup application for models during brand photoshoots
Execute makeup looks in alignment with the creative direction provided by the Fashion Art Director or designated creative lead
Perform on-set touch-ups and adjustments to maintain consistency throughout the shoot
Adapt makeup application to different lighting, photography styles, and wardrobe requirements
Prepare models to be camera-ready while maintaining brand-appropriate presentation

Maintain a professional makeup kit and adhere to hygiene and

Work with models selected to meet the brand’s visual standards and target customer
Ensure makeup complements styling, wardrobe, and overall visual storytelling
Support distinct brand aesthetics:

English Factory: polished, elevated, refined

Endless Rose: romantic, trend-forward, expressive

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Makeup Artist in fashion, editorial, or commercial photoshoots
Strong understanding of makeup for photography and lighting
Ability to execute brand-specific looks with consistency
Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate on set
Portfolio requested / social media
