Local CDL A Driver who wants to sleep in their own bed every night while still earning great pay and participating in company Profit Sharing.

What You Will Be Doing You will be the backbone of our logistics, splitting your time between heavy-haul driving, equipment operation, and yard management:
- Heavy Haul & Logistics: Safely operate semi-trucks and flatbeds to transport heavy equipment and materials to local job sites.
- Equipment Operation: Operate truck-mounted cranes, bucket trucks, and basic construction equipment.
- Load Securement: Expertly strap down and secure heavy loads for safe transit.
- Yard Management: Keep the yard clean, safe, and organized, while managing inventory and inspecting incoming deliveries.
- Fleet Readiness: Perform routine pre-trip inspections, check fluids, refuel equipment, and ensure trucks are clean and ready for the crew.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications) - Licensing: A valid CDL Class A License and a standard Driver's License (at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required).
- Physical Toughness: The ability to consistently lift 90+ lbs, move heavy materials, and work outside in the Las Vegas heat.
- Experience: Prior experience maintaining trucks, securing heavy loads, and organizing construction or logistics yards.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a strict commitment to safety regulations.
