Develop and maintain food safety programs in compliance with USDA standards (HACCP, SSOP, GMP)
Serve as the primary contact for USDA inspectors and regulatory audits
Establish and update food safety policies, procedures, and SOPs
Monitor sanitation and food safety practices on the production floor
Lead internal audits and support third-party audits (SQF, BRC, etc.)
Investigate food safety issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Provide food safety training to employees
Maintain documentation and ensure traceability and compliance
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and QA teams to improve processes
Stay current with regulatory updates and ensure ongoing compliance
Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
