Tri-State Horizons is hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Sales & Event Trainer position. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll represent major brands and causes at local events, retail pop-up locations, and community festivals, no desk job here.
No prior experience required, we provide full training!
What You’ll Do
Represent client brands and causes at local events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers face-to-face in a direct sales environment
Educate customers on products and services while also helping them find the right fit
Create positive, memorable experiences that build brand loyalty
Gather feedback and contribute to campaign success
Collaborate with a supportive team to reach daily and weekly goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
Comfortable working under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Positive attitude, professional demeanor and a team-player mindset
Willingness to learn sales, leadership, and communication skills
Availability for full-time, on-site work (some weekends required)
A background in B2C | Sales | Training | Leadership: 1-3 years preferred not required
