Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Build Your Foundation the Right Way

Where you begin your real estate career can make a major difference. This opportunity is designed for newly licensed or entry-level agents who want real structure, consistent mentorship, and daily guidance instead of trying to figure everything out on their own.

In this role, you’ll focus on the core activities that actually drive results — prospecting, clear communication, consistent follow-up, and building strong client relationships. With step-by-step coaching and clear expectations, you’ll develop the habits and confidence needed to succeed long term, rather than relying on trial and error.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where accountability, growth, and support are part of the culture. You’ll work closely with experienced producing agents, attend regular training sessions, and actively build your pipeline by connecting with buyers and sellers. You’ll also learn how to stay organized using CRM systems, manage your follow-up, and track your progress as you grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up with leads to build a robust client base.
  • Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client engagement.
  • Manage and update client information in the CRM to keep data organized and accessible.
  • Track activity and progress toward team goals to stay aligned with our collective vision.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to manage and organize client information efficiently.
  • Willingness to attend regular training sessions and apply new skills to enhance your real estate knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
