Construction Laborer - Weekly Pay!!

Job Description

Join a high-profile renovation project at a dynamic worksite. I am seeking dedicated and experienced Construction Laborers to assist concrete cutting and demolition crews with material handling, site cleanup, and general labor duties in an active construction environment operating around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Assist concrete cutting crews with chipping, cleaning, and debris removal.
• Lift, move, and load cut concrete panels and materials for haul-off.
• Perform general site labor including sweeping, staging materials, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Act as spotters when working around equipment.
• Work safely around bobcats, excavators, and heavy equipment (no operation unless certified).
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days or nights.
• Strong attendance and reliability in outdoor and active construction environments.
• Must follow safety policies and jobsite rules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, demolition, or construction is preferred.
• Familiarity working around heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Overtime and long hours are expected.
• Strong performers may be considered for future projects and phases.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with 24/7 operations. This role requires personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety vest, steel toe boots, and eye and ear protection. The project is in an active construction area with high public visibility.

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Salt Lake City,UT.
