What You'll Be Doing As the Bar Lounge Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lounge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the bar and lounge to ensure exceptional service.
- Managing and mentoring staff to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
- Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing costs effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborating with the team to create an inviting and memorable atmosphere for our guests.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and guests.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
