Annual Fund Manager

Location: Miami, FL 33134

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Annual Fund Manager to lead and manage our annual fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that engage donors and maximize contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the annual fund campaign to meet or exceed fundraising goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
• Manage donor database and ensure accurate tracking of contributions and donor information.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events and activities related to the annual fund.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and donor engagement for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably managing annual fund campaigns.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the mission and values of the organization.

Salary Range

$75,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
